Floral Commerce Agreement

1. Parties and acceptance

This agreement is entered between you ("Customer") and APPILY TWENTYSIX FLORAL GERMINATION DESK PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as Appily Twentysix. By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order for flower seeds, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

2. Scope of catalogue

Appily Twentysix sells flower sowing seeds classified under HSN 1209. Our catalogue includes herb garden seeds, cottage garden classics, rock and alpine blooms, tropical flower seeds, edible flower seeds, night-blooming flora, and patio container mixes. Each listing identifies the botanical variety, sachet weight, price, and availability status.

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and reflect the amount payable at checkout.
• Photographs show mature blooms for identification; actual flower colour and form may vary with climate and care.
• Seasonal lots may be substituted with an equivalent variety only when the original SKU is permanently unavailable and with prior customer consent.

3. Permitted use

Seeds purchased through Appily Twentysix are intended for lawful personal, community, or commercial gardening within India. Reselling opened sachets without appropriate labelling, or using our branding without written permission, is prohibited.

4. Account integrity

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in payment fraud, repeated chargebacks, or abusive conduct toward support staff.

5. Germination and horticultural outcomes

We test germination lots before packing, yet sowing success depends on soil preparation, moisture, temperature, light, and timing. Appily Twentysix does not warrant specific bloom dates, plant height, or yield once seeds are delivered and stored by the Customer.

6. Limitation of remedy

Except where mandatory consumer law applies, our aggregate liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed sowing, weather events, or courier disruptions outside our reasonable control.

7. Governing jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Prior to legal action, Customers must raise a written notice to seeds@appilytwentysix.com and allow 15 business days for resolution.
